Delivery
Once your order has been confirmed, we want you to receive it as soon as possible. Providing all items are in stock, we aim to dispatch your goods promptly (usually within 24-48 hours of receipt of your order). However, orders received over a weekend or on a public holiday may take longer.
Our products are sent using standard delivery services. When sending goods within the UK or mainland Europe we use Royal Mail or Parcel Force. For deliveries to Ireland and the rest of the world we use An Post.
We will notify you by e-mail when your order has been dispatched and provide an estimated delivery time, depending on the service you choose. We aim to fulfill your order by the delivery date or within the delivery period set out in the Dispatch Confirmation. Delays are occasionally inevitable, however, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages occurred while in transit.
We shall contact you if there are problems reaching a specified delivery date and will notify you of a new timeframe as soon as possible. If the new delivery time is unacceptable, we must receive notice of cancellation from the person who placed the original order. The request must be e-mailed to orders@jodiebyrne.com or phone our online service team on 028 3053 5353. Please note that we never take payment for an order until the day it is shipped. However, your debit (or credit) card provider may well debit your account on the day you place your order, to guarantee their payment authorisation to us. If you have any queries, please contact your debit or credit card provider.
If an item is out of stock, this should be noted on the relevant page of the website. You may request to be informed by e-mail when it comes back in stock. The request must be e-mailed to info@jodiebyrne.com. Delivery of out of stock items may take up to 6 weeks. Prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling, but can be changed into USD or Euro. Prices quoted include VAT, but, are exclusive of postage and packaging.
Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight, volume and destination of your order. This will Occur during the order process and before final payment.

UK Mainland & Northern Ireland
Standard Delivery - Free
Standard delivery within the UK is Free per delivery
address. Orders are sent out by Royal Mail standard parcels and should ordinarily
arrive within 3-5 working days.
First Class - £2
Express delivery within the UK is charged at £2 per delivery address. Orders are sent out by Parcel Force Express 48 and should ordinarily arrive within 2 days from time of dispatch.
Republic of Ireland
Standard Delivery - €9
All orders are sent out by An Post and are charged at a flat rate of €9 per delivery address.
Express Delivery - €18
All orders are sent out by An Post and are charged at a flat rate of €18 per delivery address. Should arrive 1 working day from time of dispatch.
European Delivery
Orders up to 2kg are charged at £11.60. Parcels
are delivered by airmail and can take a week or more to arrive. Orders over
2kg and less than 10kg are sent using interlink direct and are charged
at £21.15. Every 1kg over 10kg will be an extra £1.17
Rest of the world
All orders are sent out using An Post Standard delivery services. The price of delivery
will be calculated when you proceed to checkout
