Returns Policy

We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase from Jodiebyrne.com. However, it is important to us, you are completely happy, so if you wish to return any items or for some reason your purchase is unsuitable, we are happy to provide an exchange or full refund including the original delivery charge, provided you let us know in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods. If you cancel the contract between us, you must return the goods. The cost of returning the goods is at your expense. Please ensure any returned products reach us within 14 days of being received by you. We only ask that the goods have been unused and are still with their original packaging and in a fully saleable condition. We are unable to refund damaged goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To receive a refund you must confirm via e-mail (returns@jodiebyrne.com) your intention to return your items, within 7 days of receipt of the goods and we ask that you return the goods to us within 14 days, from the date you received the goods. To ensure items reach us within the 14 days, we advise that you pop them back in the post as soon as you decide to cancel the order. Please include your name, address and order number with the goods you are returning, plus the reason for returning them, and obtain proof of postage. We will endeavour to refund your account immediately, but, please allow up to 30 days for your account to be credited. We will refund by your original method of payment including the original postage charges.

If you require a like for like replacement or an exchange for another item, please contact us via e-mail (exchange@jodiebyrne.com) within 7 days of receipt of goods or alternatively, contact us on 028 3053 5353 (during business hours: 9 am - 5 pm) to discuss the exchange. We will then be able to confirm the availability of a replacement or make arrangements for an exchange.

The parcel and its contents are your responsibility, until they are received at our Distribution Centre. We are not liable for returns which do not reach us, or are damaged when we receive them. All goods returned should be in a perfect and saleable condition with original product packaging and instructions where appropriate, as this may affect your right to a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We recommend using a registered postal service and retaining the proof of postage as we may require signed proof of delivery. Jodiebyrne.com is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.

Returns and Exchanges - International

If returning goods from outside the EU please specify "Returned Goods" for custom purposes, as we will not be responsible for duty (unduly) incurred. Return postage costs will only be refunded if goods are faulty. Your statutory rights will not be affected.

Damaged/Faulty Items

All dispatched merchandise is checked by jodiebyrne.com prior to posting and the merchandise is packaged with care.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email faultyitems@jodiebyrne.com or call 028 3053 5353 immediately. We may ask you to e-mail us a photograph of the item to show evidence of faults. We will then arrange for the item with the defect to be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and any costs incurred by you if we ask you to return the item to us.
